We cannot speak more highly of Eastlink Espresso, and Ahmed in particular. We wanted to replace our old fully automatic machine and take the next step into creating coffee with a manual machine. Ahmed’s extensive knowledge of the machines and the coffee making process made it possible for us to make an informed decision. He was extremely patient, taking the time to answer the many questions we had. We felt under no pressure at all to rush our decision. When we finally made the decision on which combination of machine and grinder we wanted, Ahmed was very helpful making sure we had the tools required, and that we knew how to start the process of making our first coffee. Great service I had a broken group head collar in my Breville dual boiler, took in for an assessment, and got it fixed right on the spot, saved me another trip and didn’t leave me without a coffee machine for days. If you are looking for a coffee machine and grinder you cannot go past Eastlink Espresso for great old fashioned service. Neri and his team are super helpful, offer great advice for your particular need in a calm and relaxing manner. You will get first class support, free training and set up. I think they have the best and cheapest repair service in Melbourne so why would you go anywhere else! Don’t forget to try their white coffee beans which make a beautiful cup of milk coffee.
