After our Breville BES920/J Dual Boiler died only after 2.5 years which was very disappointing as our previous Breville lasted 15 years, a friend recommended Eastlink Espresso to repair it. But instead of spending another $400 for repair and Ahmed showing me the insides which were very rusted out and saying we would probably be back in a year for more work, we decided to buy a Lelit Mara X V2 which has been incredible. Using the same coffee beans (from Jaques grown in Mareeba, QLD) you can definitely taste the difference, so much nicer from the Mara. I recommend buying a Tapo smart plug from Bunnings for $16 and you can schedule on/off times throughout the week, even control it from your phone through your Internet Wifi from anywhere so your machine is all heated up and ready to go when you wake up. Ahmed and Neri are passionate about coffee and about giving great service and advice. Well done Eastlink Espresso Team!

Thank you to the amazing crew at Eastlink Espresso. Our enduring relationship started in 2008 when I purchased a Saeco Cappuccino Royale from the team. Over 50,000 shots later and almost two decades of faithful service, I traded up to a Rocket Espresso Milano and AllGround sense grinder in August 2025. The appliance combination has elevated our coffee experience to the next level. Now, with all things mechanical, faults occur. I noticed moisture present in the window of the pressure gauge; Neri insisted I bring the machine for a warranty gauge replacement suggesting it would take a few days. Vittorio worked his magic and the machine was good to go that same day. Now that is good old fashioned first class service. Why go anywhere else?

These guys are the best! I have brought my coffee machine to Neri for its regular maintenance for over 12 years now, and they have been a great help, kind and friendly. My machine always receives excellent service after spending time with Eastlink Espresso! Also, a special shout-out to Vittorio, who took the time to show me the different machines when my old one couldn't keep up; the Rubino is fabulous! Can't recommend these guys enough.

Took my VBM in after it tripped the breaker and then stopped working. Had a call with a very friendly technician, who quoted the minimum amount of parts needed to get it working again and not trying to upsell me on anything. Got it back within the week, and it works better than before.
