(It isn't from the lame "normal retail" machines that you get from a department store). The equipment I bought is of a high quality, robust design. Eastlink has a good range of machines. Neri explained the differences and I settled on a Lelit. I then received a training session on how to use it. That set me up to do it myself. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bought my Gaggia from this mob 4 or 5 years ago. Got it serviced here and running like brand new again. I think the machine was cheapest price around when I bought it new. Service price very fair also, they seem to carry most parts so turnaround is very quick.

Ahmed , Neri and the team at Eastlink Expresso had been looking after my "Troubled fb marketplace Orchestrale Nota" for the last 3 years and they always had reasonable quotes for parts and labour.
