Tailor your espresso grind with the stepless grind adjustment, featuring a stylish chrome-wrapped dial and a visible metal indicator for precise tuning. The DF54 also achieves ultra-low retention (less than 0.1 gram), even without the bellow thanks to its design and the anti-static plasma generator that helps clear the chute of any residue.
For improved efficiency, this single-dose grinder also features anti-popcorn mechanism to prevent beans from bouncing and breaking off into inconsistent pieces, enhancing grinding speed and quality. The DF54 also includes a 58mm food-grade transparent plastic dosing cup, perfect for use over portafilters.

I watched multiple reviews before purchasing, and it truly lives up to the praise. It’s easy to use, performs exactly as expected, and doesn’t create a mess — which is a huge plus.

I am very pleased with the Turin DF54. It produces excellent coffee grounds. It has improved my espresso and milk-based drinks. Coming from a hand grinder I was worried that the noise of the DF54 would annoy me, but I was pleasantly surprised. My only concern was that the grind setting creeps to a slightly courser setting over time, e.g. 1/2 a setting every few days. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Second DF54 I have purchased, they are a game changer if treated right (grand kids decided to put metal screws in the grinder). I am a moka pot lover and this machine like the first DF54 served and is still serving me well. They have a good chart online you can print out for recommended methods as in grind size for whatever style of brewing. ie The Moka Pot suited for my taste is grind size 35. They are so versatile, I like to experiment with bean blends and Grind Size, this machine being single dose does it in seconds. Highly recommend from this old boy 🙂
