My first proper grinder since starting my coffee journey, made an immediate difference. Setup was easy, it calibrated really quickly, still a few more kilos of beans to go until it’s seasoned but already pulling nice shots.
The new forks and dosing cup really makes it simple to use. Prior versions did not have the ability to use a dosing cup and had issues with the forks.
To date no issues to tare the dosing cup, have measured the grind and its either spot on or .1g off which speeds up my workflow.
Next stop saving up for a proper espresso machine, eyeing up a sanremo or rocket but that’s probably a year away when I get the $$.
