Took my Breville coffee machine in for repair. Was given honest feedback that it might not be worth fixing but in the end fixed in less than a week.
At the same time I couldn’t go past the machines they sell. Next level. Staff very knowledgeable. Ended up coming home with a fixed machine and a brand new one with grinder. Thanks team. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service and after sales support.

After a bit of research, I purchased a machine online for delivery to NSW.

I received a phone call from the store thanking me for my purchase and checking if I needed any more information about the machine etc, and confirming my delivery address.

Delivery was fast - I ordered on a Tuesday and it was at my door, interstate, on Thursday.

About 3 weeks before Christmas our machine stopped working! Being from NSW I expected that it would be a hassle to organise transport back for repairs, but the team at eastlink espresso were super helpful, organising the courier and assuring me that we should have it back before christmas.

The courier picked the machine up on a Monday, and we had it back, repaired and working, just three days later.

The manager (I believe) Vittorio kept in contact during the repairs - first to make sure that the courier had been and collected it, then advising me that the repairs had been completed and it was on the way back (well in time for Christmas!)

I have been very impressed by the whole experience and would recommend Eastlink Espresso to anyone in the market for a new espresso machine

What a great company to deal with! Took my Rocket for a repair and service. It required a new heater element and a number of seals, gaskets, springs etc after having never been serviced in 8 years of hard use. All the staff at Eastlink Espresso were a pleasure to deal with and appear to really know these coffee machines. Mine came back looking and operating like a brand new machine. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely use Eastlink again and highly recommend them.Thanks guys!

I took my faulty machine in for a free assessment which they had done within 24 hours. Sadly the damage and wear was so severe the costs didn't justify restoring it. They were able to provide me with another similar restored unit for a great price. Sad about my old machine but very happy with my new one. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I will be returning for my next service and next upgrade.
