If you purchase a grinder in conjunction with this machine and you are in Melbourne we can organise an on-site training session, dial-in and setup of the new coffee equipment with you, while you enjoy a cup of coffee of our freshly roasted coffee beans and spend some time doing barista training. Our techs are located all over Victoria. A small fee may apply.

Orchestrale Nota PID Coffee Machine

Orchestrale Nota PID is a professional espresso coffee machine made for the people who don’t want to sacrifice Italian quality and power.

Nota is equipped with the iconic E61 group head and thermosyphon system. It features a lever brewing group, a 3 litre copper boiler, and a switch for selecting water source (either from the water system or the 2.2-liter tank, equipped with water level sensor level and signal lamp to indicate low water level.

Commercial Pump and PID features

Equipped with a professional-sized rotary pump, it also boasts automatic boiler water loading and a motor pump with air cooling. Its construction includes copper pipes and brass fittings only, along with a thermostat for heating element protection.

The machine also comes with separate boiler pressure and pump pressure gauges, and an easily adjustable PID Control with shot timer and advanced settings for the ideal temperature profile.

Nota PID is also equipped with commercial Joystick valves, with endless power and low maintenance required. It won’t let you down
