I spent many hours researching machines to replace my 10-year old Rocket Giotto, and many more deciding from where to buy. In the end I decided on the ECM Synchronika, and Eastlink Espresso as the place to buy. I could easily, run out of space saying why I decided on the Synchronika, suffice to say for me it is the ideal machine to develop my coffee expertise and knowledge. The reviews from both users and the so called "experts" further convinced me over the alternatives I was considering.As for where to buy, product knowledge and access to ongoing service were essential requirements. Approachable and friendliness also were important, as these machines last a very long time. All these things were offered at Eastlink Espresso. Just recently I called for some advice and received it immediately.So, for me I now have a great machine from a great place. And, the coffee offered while chatting is excellent also. We bought our Profitech coffee machine and Eureka grinder a few years ago, from lovely Carolina and Vittorio and their team. Recently both got serviced, and was brewing well until someone in my house obviously changed the settings of the grinder. I tried to reset, by myself, but failed. Ahmed and Neri helped me on FaceTime to reset it, over half and hour, giving me instructions and being patiently waiting(I’m not very good at these). Their customer service is commendable and of course they sell top notch equipment. They are a wonderful team who look after their customers with ongoing support. Really great machine purchased from a reputable dealer fantastic help with all questions asked nothing was too much trouble all of which helped me understand the attributes of the machine that I wanted to purchase. Quick secure delivery goods arrived with no damage to cartons, something unusual in this day and age, the combo sits beautifully on our bench really good quality machines easy to set up and use overall very impressive both in service and assistance looking forward to many years of really good quality espresso coffee.

Fantastic experience picking up my new Profitec Drive from the team at Eastlink Espresso.I’d been in a couple of times checking out various machines and each time Ahmed took the time to explain everything clearly and walked through the features of each machine in detail and helped narrow down the options based on my reasons for wanting to upgrade.There was a very minor warranty issue and the guys sorted it out same day. Couldn’t be more pleased with the after sales support.
Service was great, coffee machine and grinder are awesome. Ahmed initially looked after us and then Neri finished off all our questions and accommodated every question we had, demonstrated how to take care of the equipment etc... Really impressed with Eastlink Espresso - we have gone to them for a number of years and they always been helpful & professional. .I dropped off our Specialita coffee grinder , this morning- it had suddenly stopped grinding. I received a phone call within a very short time that it had been serviced and was ready to pick up today .Great service especially considering the grinder was just out of warranty.
Wow fantastic professionalism. I dropped our Delongi coffee machine off yesterday as the water circuit wouldn't fill. I had a call this afternoon machine had been serviced and was back on the road. The whole customer service from phone call to drop off to pick up has been amazing, everyone was very polite, and helpful. Bought ecm synchronica from eastlink espresso recently and on the same day the machine leaked water from underneath the next day vittorio from eastlink replaced and installed the new machine great service from all the guys there easy to deal with no push to buy I highly recommend them they have a great selection of coffee machines and accessories so suit any budget and also make a very good coffee upon arrival.Thanks to vittorio and crew and see you soon for grinder upgrade.
These guys are amazing. Sent my Breville Oracle from Albury NSW on Monday for repair. Received a call with quote from Neri on Wednesday morning advising they had received it and had started fixing it. Received the machine fixed and back in Albury on Thursday. You can't beat that. After spending $230 on a service for my machine, I discovered one of the rubber "feet" was missing when I took my machine home. After calling to ask for it, I was yelled at by the staff who told me I'd lost it on the way home. Do not recommend!
Had Vittorio service my machine for my cafe twice now and the service and knowledge is spot on. Not to mention friendly and maybe most important is that they do their best to save you spending money on stuff that others may say needs fixing. Very honest.
Great experience in store and communication after our online purchase. We also decided to book a training session to help us get familiar with our new machine. It was totally worth it. Wanted an upgrade from my Breville espresso machine. Came across Eastlink, and was surprised by their variety of brands compared to other retailers. The staff were very knowledgeable and patient to help me understand the price point relative to the function of the machine. During our visit, we saw several customers bringing their machines for repair, which gave us high confidence in their after sales service.Responsive to texts as we had a few questions after our first visit.We bought our machine after a week of consideration. Purchased a new Bezzera Duo coffee machine and Eureka Grinder from Neri, Carolina and the wonderful team at Eastlink Espresso. These guys know and live all things coffee and are extreamly knowledgeable and helpful. The deal they gave was just as good as anything online, but with the added benefit of being able to deal with real people in a bricks and mortar business that not only sell the equipment, but also service and provide warranty repairs if needed, and available for help and advice. I couldn’t recommend this business highly enough with great products and sensational customer service.
